Laura, consists of three tiers of cake , this cake was a 10” Victoria sponge filled with lemon curd layered with lemon infused swiss meringue buttercream. The middle tier was a rich chocolate red velvet cake filled with layers of fresh raspberries, raspberry jam and white chocolate , cream cheese frosting. The top tier was a vanilla madeira cake soaked with a prosecco syrup, fresh strawberries ,pink strawberry buttercream.
The cake is covered in a white Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with fresh Gypsophylia.
